1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your instance or our service for any reason, you may request a refund anytime within this 14-day window.
2. Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a return and refund:
Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or the email address used for registration).
Note: This policy applies to your first purchase only. Subsequent renewals or additional instance purchases are generally non-refundable unless there is a proven technical failure on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for refunds:
Requests made after the 14-day period has expired.
Accounts suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal activities, abuse of server resources).
Partial months/years of service (e.g., if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle after the 14-day window).
4. How to Request a Refund The fastest way to manage your subscription and initiate a refund is through our self-service Billing Portal.
Step 1: Visit our Customer Portal.
Step 2: Log in using the email address associated with your purchase to cancel your subscription or request a refund.

5. Processing Your Refund Once your request is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24–48 hours.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Your service access will be terminated immediately upon refund approval.
